Dust refers to solid particles emitted during industrial production processes. The atmosphere contains a wide variety of pollutants, which can be broadly categorized into two types based on their form: particulate pollutants and harmful gases. Dust falls under particulate pollutants. Baghouse dust purification equipment can improve the efficiency of dust treatment. This equipment utilizes POLYESTER filter bags for filtration.
The working process is as follows: Dust-laden air passes from the outside to the inside of the filter material, and the dust is trapped on the surface of the filter material. A solenoid valve, located in the upper part of the cleaning chamber, is controlled to guide a diaphragm valve, which directs compressed air into branch pipes. This results in periodic, short-duration pulses of compressed air. The injected compressed air passes through a venturi tube, and at this point, due to the injection effect, a significant amount of secondary air is drawn into the filter bag. This causes the pressure inside the filter bag to increase and the bag to expand. This effect generates vibration and reverse airflow in the filter material, instantly dislodging the dust accumulated on its surface.
Repeating this action allows for continuous and stable operation. Baghouse dust purification equipment offers several advantages: minimal fluctuation in air volume, reduced wear and tear on the filter material, fewer malfunctions, and relatively less and easier maintenance and upkeep. It is an excellent type of dust purification equipment.
