I. Purpose:
The fiberglass reinforced plastic high-concentration acid mist purification tower features low resistance, low energy consumption, low noise, and high treatment efficiency. It is a new type of purification tower capable of handling gases such as hydrogen chloride (HCL), hydrogen fluoride (HF), ammonia (NH3), sulfuric acid mist (H2SO4), chromic acid mist (CrO3), hydrocyanic acid gas (HCF), sodium hydroxide vapor (NaOH), and hydrogen sulfide gas (H2S). It has the advantages of high purification efficiency, compact structure, small floor area, good corrosion resistance and aging resistance, and light weight. It is suitable for the discharge of certain concentrations of corrosive acid mist gases and is mainly used in chemical industries, electronics, hospitals, colleges, research centers, etc.
II. Structure:
The acid mist purification tower is of a cylindrical structure. The entire tower consists of three parts: liquid storage, air intake, spraying, dehydration and exhaust. The acid-resistant water pump is installed on the outside and connected to the inlet and outlet pipes of the tower. Plastic balls are placed inside the spraying section. The acid mist purification tower is made of fiberglass reinforced plastic and is a compact structure that is corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, and has a smooth surface. The water removal part: isolated plastic device for generating water vapor separation; the spraying part: high-pressure spraying to produce mist, divided into two sections for expanding contact treatment to enhance functionality; the filler: sea urchin or crown type, made of PP and formed as a single piece; the circulating water tank requires an overflow outlet, a 50mm water level overflow discharge pipe; the observation window: made of 5mm thick transparent acrylic plate; the automatic water filling device: float liquid level automatic control type; the dosing pump: uses a 22L/H acid and alkali resistant quantitative pump.
III. Principle:
In the ventilation experiment decoration design, the exhaust gas that needs to be treated is pushed into the intake section of the purification tower by the glass fiber centrifugal fan. It then vertically rises and undergoes a neutralization reaction with the absorption liquid flowing downward from the top, reducing the concentration of the exhaust gas. It then continues to ascend into the packing section, where the exhaust gas rolls among plastic balls and undergoes a neutralization reaction with the absorption liquid again, further reducing the concentration of the exhaust gas. After that, it enters the dehydration section to remove the liquid droplets and the purified gas is discharged into the atmosphere.
After measurement and analysis, the purification rate of sulfuric acid mist can reach 93%, the purification rate of nitric acid can reach 90%, and the purification rate of hydrochloric acid mist can reach 98%. The technical indicators for acid mist purification performance have reached the advanced level in China.
