This system utilizes countercurrent or crossflow contact between contaminated gas and scrubbing liquid to absorb and neutralize pollutants such as H₂S, NH₃, HCl, SO₂, and VOCs. It is widely used in sewage treatment plants, laboratories, chemical plants, and electronics manufacturing.
Compact horizontal structure – space-saving and easy to install indoors
Available in FRP, PP, PVC, or stainless steel
Multi-stage spray system for higher scrubbing efficiency
Equipped with demister, filler media, circulation pump, and dosing unit
Suitable for continuous operation and easy maintenance
High purification efficiency: ≥95%
Wastewater treatment plant odor control
Laboratory exhaust gas treatment
Chemical storage area ventilation
Ammonia or acid gas neutralization systems
Semiconductor and electronics manufacturing processes
Wet scrubber captures various dusts 0.1 µm in size or larger.
In order to capture smaller elements, we recommend various supplements, such as caustic soda etc. The supplements are selected on a case-by case basis depending on the air and gas mixture in the client's operation environment.

The Specifications depend on the package elements. For each client, we create a project based on a detailed survey about the production site and the nature of the dust and contaminations.
Each filter can optionally be designed in a non-standard execution, depending on the technical task of the client.
