Designed with a multi-stage spray chamber and structured packing, the system maximizes gas-liquid contact to neutralize harmful components such as hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), ammonia (NH₃), hydrochloric acid (HCl), and sulfur dioxide (SO₂). It offers stable performance, low pressure drop, and high removal efficiency, making it a popular choice for municipal, industrial, and research applications.
Horizontal configuration: Suitable for limited height conditions
Custom-built from corrosion-resistant materials: FRP, PP, or PVC
Uniform gas distribution and efficient scrubbing
Built-in demister and drainage system
Easy access for inspection and maintenance
Excellent adaptability for batch or continuous exhaust
Odor control at sewage pumping stations and WWTPs
Chemical fume removal in laboratories and plating workshops
Corrosive gas treatment in battery and semiconductor plants
Pre-treatment stage before activated carbon adsorption systems
Wet scrubber captures various dusts 0.1 µm in size or larger.
In order to capture smaller elements, we recommend various supplements, such as caustic soda etc. The supplements are selected on a case-by case basis depending on the air and gas mixture in the client's operation environment.

The Specifications depend on the package elements. For each client, we create a project based on a detailed survey about the production site and the nature of the dust and contaminations.
Each filter can optionally be designed in a non-standard execution, depending on the technical task of the client.
