Gas flows horizontally through the scrubber and comes into contact with the counter-current chemical scrubbing liquid across a packed bed section, ensuring high-efficiency absorption. It is widely applied in sewage treatment plants, laboratories, chemical workshops, and fume hood systems.
Ideal for installations with height restrictions
Uniform gas-liquid contact with high removal efficiency
Optional demister, droplet eliminator, and pH control system
Constructed from anti-corrosion materials such as FRP, PVC, or PP
Simple maintenance and long operational lifespan
Modular design for integration into multi-stage air treatment systems
Sewage station odor control
Chemical and battery plants
Food processing and wastewater facilities
Lab exhaust scrubbing
VOC and acid fume neutralization
Wet scrubber captures various dusts 0.1 µm in size or larger.
In order to capture smaller elements, we recommend various supplements, such as caustic soda etc. The supplements are selected on a case-by case basis depending on the air and gas mixture in the client's operation environment.

The Specifications depend on the package elements. For each client, we create a project based on a detailed survey about the production site and the nature of the dust and contaminations.
Each filter can optionally be designed in a non-standard execution, depending on the technical task of the client.
